Started out really well. Now it's making a horrible loud obnoxious squeak with every step. Its something internal and not tied to the its leveling or feet.
Additionally it takes me at least 5 minutes to manage to turn the treadmill on and increase the speed. This is because of some problem with the remote; it just never registers the button clicks. It's not a dead battery either, it's something internal of the cheaply made remote.
Between barely having a working remote to actually turn on/ increase the speed and a squeak so loud I have to crank my TV, I'd get something much better made for the money this treadmill costs.
Sorry, Mallory, the old remote control battery is hard to assemble, we will send you the new improved and redesigned Wireless RF remote control with AAA battries to replace the old infrared remote control with button cell, the new remote control works very well without any issue like the old remote control.
I absolutely LOVE this treadmill! It basically comes assembled, it's SUPER easy to move around if you want to use your chair instead of the treadmill & really easy to operate! I've had mine a month and I already see my weight changing since I'm burning so many extra calories during the work day, which is what I bought it for. When I'm not using it, I just slide it over to the wall and use it as my Zoom call decoration.
It holds me and my 225 lb fiance just fine. I worried about it making too much noise since I have it on the third floor of my townhouse, but you can't even hear it in other rooms!
I personally have a hard time walking and typing so I mainly use it when I'm on calls I'm not doing a lot of talking on, or internal meetings. I wouldn't use it on a client call.
Overall, I recommend!
I've used this a week now. No problems at all. Just what I need to walk. Shows me time and mileage plus others I don't need. I gave away my big treadmill when I moved. This small treadmill works good for my small space. Easy to put together. Just put on arms and phone holder and plugged it in.
I read all the reviews and was slightly skeptical as a few weren't very strong reviews. But, I love my treadmill!
Well packaged and shipped. Easy to get started! I received my order on October 3, 2021 and opened and placed under my desk on October 6th. Have moved it around by myself when not using with no troubles. I've used it every day I work now and it's very quiet and easy to control! Don't plan on doing a lot of typing when you're walking as it's kind of hard to type accurately, but it's great for meetings and reading! Highly recommend to stay active while at your computer!
Had this for about a week. Super simple and works straight out of the box. I weigh 230lbs and have been walking and jogging on it everyday to try and lose some weight. As a side bonus we've been trying to train our puppies to walk on it when it's too cold or raining outside. I am 5'9" and my stride walking and jogging is fine. It can actually go fast than I'm comfortable jogging, so I have a goal. Walking while working at my standing desk is quiet and an amazing way to increase steps while working.
This is perfect for me! It stores under my couch or against my wall. It is made very well and I am extremely happy with this purchase.
I order this as I have a small city apartment (650 sq feet) and I have given up on being able to go back to a public gym anytime soon. I liked this treadmill as it can be flat on the floor in a room in a small apartment and it is not as visible as most pieces of exercise equipment. Overall, it works well as I do not have a visibly bulky piece of exercise equipment in my very small living room/dining room (16'7"x 12'7"). And if I have guests, I can quickly slip it underneath my bed and get it totally out of the way. I mostly use it to power walk but I have done light jogging. I am 5'4" and I feel my stride takes up about 75% of the belt. Not sure how it would work for a taller person. I also like the convenience as I work from home. I can quickly jump on it and get a few steps in between conference calls. In a crowded city, it is also nice to get in a power walk/jog without having to wear a mask. It appears to be well made and the noise level is average for a treadmill but I bought a treadmill mat to dampen the noise and the neighbors have not complained yet!
I LOVE this thing. It's much quieter than I assumed. I'm a walker not a runner cause I'm a fattie, I'm pushing 240 but this thing has done just fine the last month or so, the description is accurate, with weight load. I will say I only use it for about 20 minutes a few times a day and the engine does get a little warm, but it hasn't worried me yet. The BEST thing about this (and I cannot stress how great this is) is it's size and simplicity. Look, I have a smart watch, I don't need 100 bells and whistles. This treadmill does just that. It gives me the overview and an easy start/stop/pause/fast/slow. That's all I wanted and in a compact size. This fits the bill. I love it!!
I use this in my apartment. It's great! Took a bit in setting up so the belt would stay centered, but very happy. I also bought a mat that helps absorb the sound (mindful of my neighbors below me!). It's not loud by any means, but none of us walk silently :) Recommend for smaller apartments! I use it for walking/speed walking and light jogging.
I'm so glad I bought this treadmill, it's been a great addition to my work from home office space. It was easy to fit into my area and easy to get going once I got it out the box. I'm happy to have the option to stay active. I also appreciate the sleek simplistic design. I'm finally glad to have it to convert back to a regular treadmill if we ever go back to work.
